you first want to make sure you are getting the right amount of sleep --preferably 8 hrs but 6 will do for some people...then you want to make sure you eat breakfast -- cereal or toast and a piece of fruit are good...then you need to take in your 8 glasses of water a day (spread them out but take all eight or more). The last thing you need to do is exercise at least 3 times a week ... it can be as simple as a 30 minute walk. Your body is telling you it needs structure to get back on track. You may also want to see a doctor to make sure you are not anemic (low iron)

This is the common 3pm slump that you are describing. Make sure to eat something nutritious like fresh fruit around 1 or 2 pm. This will help keep your energy levels up. Don't eat candy or other sweets because it will cause your blood sugar levels to surge and then drop drastically, which will make you feel tired and worn out. Tomorrow, take a banana or Peanut Butter crackers to school and eat it when you would normally eat a candy bar or chips.

This may be a stupid answer, but I used to be that way just because I didn't eat enough for lunch. It made me more tired and I had less energy, so I changed what I ate and that helped a lot.

Try not eating bread at lunch. Bread has a lot of carbs it is often what makes people have the two oclock slump. If you still get tired try having a cup of tea at two oclock or so. ONe cup isn't bad for you and it will give you a nice refreshing lift.
If you drink coffee in the morning get rid of that, it can make you crash at two. Have some tea in the morning or nothing and then a little tea at two.

Is it because you are really tired all day after school? or simply emotionally tired?

If so, you may hang out with friends, I usally get a lot of energy right after school or work.

You may want to bring an energy bar to munch on. This will give you energy, and it just might work!
