The property is a rented one. The tenant has lived there for over 30 years, and the 'landlord' died last year. The widow has informed the tenant that her solicitor has advised that rent can no longer be collected as ownership cannot be proved. In return, any repairs cannot be carried out. The tenant is in a quandry, and maybe squatters rights can apply here.

I see many criticism, paganistic affirmations and atheistic views, being expressed by very young people. 12 years old, etc. Being 3 times older than that, I see that what I believed was very limited due to lack of experience, study, etc. Do you think that a person, a majority, can be able to express a viable opinion, without living or experiencing life? My cat was recently killed when she was hit by a car on a main road near to my house. My wife and I are absolutely devestated and at first said she simply could not be replaced. A week has gone by now and we are starting to realise that we need something to fill the void left by her. We are keen now to get a kitten but are very concerned about the dangers of the near by main road. Is is possible for a cat to be contained within either the house or the house and garden. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

This month has been very bad for me. I keep getting into these minor accidents. A week ago, I got into a bad car accident. Thank god Im okay. So, I contacted my ex again because of it...And talk for few days then stopped talking. Then, 2 nites ago I called him and said Not talk for awhile n he agrees. So, today in the pouring rain, I get a flat tire! So, I text my ex asking what to do ( i have no one here to turn to. dads away to another country) my ex called back to check up on if i got taken care of or not. so i said Yeah i did. I Imed him telling him Thanks for Calling back n sorry if i keep contacting you!.

Ok, what the hell should i do? Its hard.. Stuff happens to me and I turn to him. And We strt talkin again....Same cycle....

I'm not trying to get him back or anything cus either one of us want that now. He wants to remain friends but its a lil hard for me cus i do get emotional...cus I stil have feelings for him..


Any suggestions??

I am a very beautiful blk woman. I have a very high sex drive.(which my husband never complained about before) We have been together for 5yrs. We have two children together- 19 month old and a 8 week old baby. Even when the children are sleep-or away-even when Im fresh out of the shower with Victoria's Secret on-even when I strut around like a sex-godess-he never wants me. I need to have sex everyday or I am highly stressed and depressed. We only have sex when he is ready-which is maybe every 3 days. Im sick and tired of this ****. Someone please give me some advice. Im not going to divorce him nor cheat. We are a Christian couple and I have prayed that he'll desire me the same way I desire him, but it has yet to come. Maybe I need to get help for my over-sexual mind. I dont know. He has no ED problems nor is he cheating. He does have a high workload and is stressd from work most nights. Thanks a bunch!!!!
