Never saw the Secret Window... but a good suspense movie i like is called Unlawful Entry. It's a little older (with Kurt Russel and Madeline Stowe).

A good suspense movie, with a twist- The Machinest with Christian Bale.

"Lucky Number Slevin" comes to mind, and it just came out on DVD
If you haven't seen "The Usual Suspects", get that one as well, plus "Inside Man"
