I went to Home Depot to buy an insulating blanket for my hot water heater. My local store doesn't carry them. The sales person told me that if there's a water heater fire, and you're using a water heater blanket, most insurance companies won't provide coverage for the damage. I would have thought that manufacturers would be smart enough to make them out of fire-resistant materials. I couldn't find anything in my HO policy about this issue, but I may have missed something in the fine print.

I'm getting divorced and I have a problem with the cars my husband and I had. He bought me a car (it's financed under his name) and I bought him a truck (it's financed under my name). My car is almost paid off, the payments are only about $150 a month which I could totally afford on my own now. The truck is new and have only paid about $4K off on it and it's a $19K payoff. The monthly payments are $500! I CANNOT afford to take the truck back. If I take it back to the dealer where I bought it and turn it in, how much will I get back? What happens? I'll have to trade it back in to get a new car ASAP (I won't have time to privately sell it). Can someone please explain to me what will happen? Also, I am BROKE right now and can't afford to have to put a down on a new car and my credit isn't good. Will that matter since I'm trading in? Please help!!! You can IM me at TucKitty820 on AIM. Are any of you tired of preachers and teachers telling us that we have to remind the All-Knowing God of what the Bible says? As if we have to hold God accountable-which is clearly role reversal.

Not only that, but the false teachers out there who get desperate people to send them all kinds of money for "special" oils and waters as if those things can really bless them instead of God.

I think that it is utterly ridiculous, and how horrible it will be for them on the day of reckoning!

In the past, my step-sister thought I was liking her boyfriend and thinking I was getting together with him behind her back. After we discussed this and I let her know how I felt about her accusations, she just went about things like nothing was said. However, I am still pissed off and just want her to get on with her life. It's hard to just go back to the way things were after someone things you would do such a thing to them. What is your favorite area to play in Chrono Trigger? Why do you like playing that part of the game?

I actually liked every part of the game, but my favorite would be 600A.D. The music was awesome, and i liked the story between Frog, his best friend, Magus, and how some things between them werent what they seemed.

I left when I was 3 year old and cannot speak tagalog, but I can understand most of the language. I went to the philippines last month and I was afraid to speak english because people will start talking about me and their nose might bleed if they continue to speak english with me.

My question is, how do filipino people feel about filipino americans that cannot speak tagalog?

from my perspective, I felt ashamed that I couldnt speak the native language and the filipinos look to me like I am a disgrace to the filipino race.
