What kind of problem are you having?
If the keys are sticky, we'll give you cleaning advice.
It doesn't look like you've got caps lock on.
If you're typing over words you've written before, you've probably hit the insert key, and need to hit it again.
New keyboards are quite affordable, you should be able to replace it for about $10 in the US.

Is it wireless? Maybe needs new batteries. If not then maybe it's just dead. Need to go buy a new one. They're pretty cheap if you're just getting a basic keyboard.
