never had postpartum hair loss after my 1st daughter's birth. But my second daughter is 3 months old and I loose hair by the handfulls! It won't stop! Oh my goodness!

The reason I ask is because "god" (in one form or another) was once the answer for EVERYTHING, but thanks to brave people (scientists mostly) who challenged the entrenched theology of the day, we learned that the earth wasn't flat, developed medicine, flight, and so on.

Modern civilization is a result of bold men who said "no" to theology, and "yes" to science. Each time they demanded naturalistic answers to questions, they discarded "god", and in so doing, discovered the truth. It wasn't easy, (it was often deadly) but the results are evident.

Progress.

Why be content with hackneyed answers like "god created the universe", or "god created people", when it's clear that finding out the real truth to every single question we ask undeniably improves life for all mankind?

Saying "god" is the answer may feel good, but it's no more productive than saying "I don't know." Knowledge improves the human condition. Don't you want to know?

I am trying to make a decision between two job offers, corrections officer and 911 dispatcher. I would love to hear from any female corrections officers as to how they like their jobs, as well as 911 dispatchers. The pay is a bit better for the 911 job, hours suck though, I'd get graveyard forever! With the corrections here we work 7/12's and then have 7 days off, and rotate 7 days with 7 graves. Any input would be great, if there are any female corrections officers out there reading this. Thanks!!!
