ALL YEAR WE HAVE SEEN CONSERVATIVE PLAY CALLING LOSE GAME AFTER GAME. IT SEEMS AS THOUGH ALL THE PLAYERS HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF ANDY REID IN THEM.WE NEED A NEW LOOK...1ST NEW COACH AND WITH THAT COMES NEW PLAYERS AND WITH THAT NEW ATTITUDE.ITS TIME THAT WE GET BACK TO EAGLE FOOTBALL ATTACKING ON DEFENSE AND LEADING THE ATTACK ON OFFENSE.SMASH MOUTH BABY
NO MORE!! pass on 4th and half yard to get 1st
NO MORE!! obvious play calling..predictable
NO MORE!! drafting runngbacks under 220lb...need a horse back there
NO MORE!! picking up good players (BUNKLEY) and dont use them for some reason...
NO MORE!! conservative play..it DONT WIN GAMES

we need a coach that will smash the ball to the very end....like the colts did to us..they never stop playing like it was the 1st quater.they played with an attitude that we dont have or not put in our players by coaching staff.

need a coach that has emotion attitude players will respond(just a red face) THAT JUST WONT DO GET SOME BALLS ANDY!!

Honestly, I'm not trying to be offensive to anybody. I'm an agnostic, but I just wonder. If God exists, there's just so many horrible things in the world. People suffering, and starving, and dying. If He is supposed to be just and loving, how can he let things go on? The only possible line of rationale always seems to center around deism--I do not not know. Please nobody get offended--I see what I see, and everyday I move closer to being an atheist, because I think that with the world the way it is, there can not possibly be a God.

We were friends, did things together, She made the first move on my husband, he responded. She thrives on attention from men. Had a boob job, tummy tuck, loves to show it at her job.Has all the guys hanging around desk all the time, boobs hanging out, thong hanging out. Has them buying her things, pops, candy ect. who knows what else. Mine bought her candles, cards, clothes,perfume, jewelry ($3000,00) worth nities, dinner and a motel room. Turns out he wasn't the first dummie to fall for her tricks. She has a wonderful husband who buys her everything. Corvett, wet bikes, 4 wheelers, toy hauler, suburban, new house, now just bought her yellow hummer. She has kids and foster kids. I got all the gifts back when my husband told hers about everything due to a guilty conscious, and he thought he was his friend.
Do I keep the jewelry? Clothes? Perfume which most she didn't ever use. Do I pass this information on, shes like a spider waiting for a fly.

I want to lose 25 pounds in 3 months
Seems reasonable, 2 pounds a week or so.
I dont want to go on one of those trendy diets, buy shakes, or anything like that.
I want items I can buy from a grocery store as a diet.
Can someone tell me a good diet&exercise plan? I have a very slow metabolism, I can list the windows of time I can eat:
7-8AM
9:10-9:15AM
10:17-10:30AM
12:30-1:00PM
4:00-10:00PM

I can exercise anywhere from 4-10 PM
I have access to pool and treadmill.
I'd just like something organized, because I simply choose not to exercise if I dont have a plan
