i went to a lutheren church yesterday and had trouble understanding the practice of the advent. i was raised baptist but do not adhere to any denominational loyalty. the advent to me does not make sense. it sounded to me like this is the practice of not celebrating the birth of christ four sundays prior to christmas. how is this not in contradiction? aren't our living testaments as christians a celebration of jesus's birth, life, death, and resurection? please inform me.

I emailed them and asked if they did have any vacancies, that they'd email me back to say so and to let me know the names of the ones that are free (the vans are all given names, as opposed to numbers). I know they always have vacancies (have stayed with them before 3 times), but they've not answered my email. Is it because they can't be bothered?

Please someone help me before I go mentally insane...My partner & I got a kitten a year ago and i've always been strict about where it sleeps etc as i have very sensitive skin and i seem to constantly have flea bites (which are scarring me) even though my cat is treated for them. my partner is totally not respecting of this and although i have asked many a time for him not to let her sleep on the bed he still does and lies about it. i also can't stand its food on our plates which he still does even though i've bought the cat its own. agh! i am now 7 months pregnant and i just want to re-home the cat as it's making my life a misery worrying about it all the time and also about my baby. i just can't love this cat. have i developed some kind of pregnant woman protection instinct thing? please help... i cant even stroke it anymore and it's causing problems in my relationship.

16 years back we get married. He is ok with me as usaually he belive his mother words only that why we have so much of communication gap physically also he doesn't like me. Before 5 years i know that he has another relation with a girl he said sorry to me after two years he take one girl and went to another coutry after some time he come back . Now how can i belive him. Everbody says he is very good, and very helping nature, good at heart . His mother knows everything. why he do like this. how can i belive him. Personally he is very good. In our relatives every laugh about us. I feel very shame for that. My main problem is i like him ver much, same time i can't belive him. This is my wrong or my husband wrong. Pl help me. I become mad for all of these
