Well, people who are stuck in their physical bodies, and seek comforts just at that level would love it...
Once a person evolves even a little beyond that, seeks more activity than sleep, starting with there itself, then out of bed, then ultimately deep within, depending upon the level of perception acquired !

Ummmm, no!
This sounds a bit like death to me!
Just imagine what one would miss!!!!
For me, I would miss my wedding, my kids growing up, every trial and tribulation that comes with life, every reward and happiness that comes from having kids, payrises, holidays, retirement, buying a villa in the sun, the sun rising and setting, romance, the stars, cold winters, warm lazy summers, your friends, your family, all the things that you probably take for granted.......... Also, you would never really appreciate being able to climb into bed anymore either. And you wouldn't have a clue what was going on around you.......
Not for me I'm afraid!

hell yeah, i always say that after i have all nighter and say i wish i could sleep forever but then when you think about it we'd miss out on life and that may as well be dead. The bible refers to death as a kinf of sleep anyway

Hell no, if I was alseep right now I wouldn'r be able to see this indescribably beaustiful sunrise I am seeing, if the sun is rising where you are go look out the window.
Anyone who is asleep is missing that, imagine what else you could miss.

Only momentarily but having kids means that you don't have the chance to think that way for very long. After a while, you forget when you last had a lie-in that was long enough to even think that! lol

Yeah. My dreams are crazy wonderful! I wish I could spend more time living there than here most of the time.

That would be called death, m'dear.
And Barks At Parrots, your little spiel is vey interesting, but PLEASE don't answer EVERY question with it! Refer to parts of it where relevant, by all means, but add your own thoughts on the subject matter, too. Religious beliefs are nothing without a strong personal attachment to them.

I have known such a place and angry I was to be awakened from my sleep. Yet I was called by my thoughts to rise and look around. What did sleep? I know not yet, but now I see differently. to chase the thoughts from my mind that kept my heart captive. The pain endured upon my wake the time the moment seemed all unreal. but they were not. and all around my eyes did search and my mind did see. of whom to tell of what to do. pray is all there was ,for God I knew would hear, the voice of my prayer.
