I emailed them and asked if they did have any vacancies, that they'd email me back to say so and to let me know the names of the ones that are free (the vans are all given names, as opposed to numbers). I know they always have vacancies (have stayed with them before 3 times), but they've not answered my email. Is it because they can't be bothered?

Ring them, don't wait for someone to phone you delaying could result in you missing out on your holiday... Have fun if you go!!

No they are just human beings and there are many reasons why they might not have answered.

Why not phone them? - emails aren't the "be all and end all" you know. In fact they are a very imperfect form of communication.

Why don't you ring them instead? You should get an instant response (unless they have an answerphone). You can then get booked and everything will be sorted.

Dunno pet. Try phoning them. E-mail isn't always the most reliable means of communication.
