Considering the moral problem many have this with this issue, should tax dollars be allowed to fund it? Keep in mind, this is an elective surgery to treat a condition that is brought on by personal choices. Only 1% of abortions are due to rape or incest.

I was Arrested under Federral Charges for being Absent Without Leave and then was sent to Fort Knox and was given OTH Discharge.
