In Internet Explorer, choose Tools, then Internet Options, finally Privacy. There is a slider bar, you can adjust it to accept cookies. There is also an Advanced Settings block that you allow third and fifty party cookies.

You should enable cookies- move the slider to medium level. If you disable cookies, you will find that many web sites will be blocked and you will get nothing done.
