I am on the market looking to buy a house. I just may have found the "perfect" house. It has EVERYTHING I want, size, parking, LOCATION, but has electric baseboards in the whole house!!! I imagine they did this since it was built in '87 (which is great for Massachusetts- everything is old here with lead paint)
How much is it to change out the entire heating system in a 3 level 1900 sq ft house (ballpark) I would use central heat and central air (why not) unless an alternative method of gas heating was significantly lower. I am keeping in mind it will cost me $20k-$30k to de-lead another home since I have kids, this isn't the case in this house since it was built after 1979. Any ball park number for those who know about construction would be great.

Okay, my San Disk doesn't want to work now, and my computer can't detect my files on there. So I don't want to format it, so that my files won't be erased on there. It is also on RAW and not FAT anymore. So can you please tell me how to save my files on there? I had a lot of them. My San Disk is also a Gigabyte, so there isn't much to be lost on it. Thanks! ^_^

Hey guys. I've been looking at digital cameras, because I want a new one for Christmas. I've been looking at the Canon PowerShot SD600, and I like it and everything, but I just want to know if there is an even better one than that. Oh, and I want the camera to have a good flash (I'm not sure if its called that) that doesn't make people look really bright and white, which the old digital camera we have does. Please help! Three guys are applying for job with the CIA. They got all the way to the final test.

So the first guy walks into the director's office and sits down. The director reaches in his desk and pulls out a pistol. Lays it on his desk in front of the guy. Tells him, "This test is to test your loyalty. Take this gun and go up the stairs and go into the first room on your right. Your wife will be in there. Put a bullet in her head." The guy looks at him and says,"no way." So the director says, "You fail."

The next guy comes in. The director tells him the same thing. Guy picks up the gun and head for the room. Comes back about 15 minutes later. Tells the director that he just couldn't go through with it. The director says, "you fail."

So now the third guy comes in, same scene. Guy heads up to the room. The director hears 3 shots, followed by a whole lot of ruckus(glass breaking, funiture getting smashed). Guy comes back in all beat up and his clothes tore up.
