If I was you, I would talk to your friend and ask him if he doesn't find curious not knowing was is her job and how she gets all that cash at hand. If your friend is suspicious then you can help him out and see how to resolve the problem, but if your friend seems like he doesn't care, or doesn't want to talk about it - he probably knows what is happening and doesn't want to share or talk about it or he doesn't know and wants to be in denial. In this last case you have to just let him be and let him live his life like he wants to and just be his friend. Sometimes its hard to see our friends date someone we know it's not the best choice, but we have to respect it and the only thing we can do is warn him and be there if everything fails.

Talk to your friend: Tell him your feelings and suspicions. Tell him that things just don't add up, and that you are worried that if she's doing something illegal: She's going to get him busted to. Ask him where the money is coming from. And let him know that you don't want to destroy your friendship.

Why does she have to be a prostitute? Maybe she's a dancer in a strip club or something, a job most closed minded people seem to frown on. So what if she is? If your friend or you really want to know, just ask her. It saddens me that you treat her obvious generosity with 'I wonder if shes a whore'

She could have rich parents or won the lotto. I wouldn't worry sounds like your "friend" is having fun. Enjoy it while it last.
