why is a tomato a fruit, and a pepper a vegetable? when they are related.

I'm dealing with a dead beat dad who has two other children. He gave up his rights to his oldest and doesn't support the next child. My child is his third child but I'm the first one to file for child support. He got another girl pregnant. My child is two months and he hasn't bought anything, gave me money or visited my child. What are we entitled to? Do I have to let him see her when he pays child support? What if he moves to another state, does the court order still binding? What if he gives up his rights, can he still be ordered to pay child support? What if he wants joint custody, then what? He doesn't have time for a newborn...he parties nonstop and has a new girlfriend with a new baby on the way. He ran around with her while I was pregnant. Not to mention, he was and is verbally/mentally/emotionally abusive...he basically harasses me daily. I don't believe he will take care of our child if granted visitation rights. What grounds do I have to ask the Judge to deny visitation?

Mine's Vince Grella he has everything it takes to be a professional footballer, and it was dissapointing he didn't get to play the full 90 minutes when he was captain. But nonetheless he is an irreplacable midfilder. (and from a girls point of view, it doesnt look to bad either)

I'm trying to write a poem for a girl in my class that I like.
But I'm having trouble starting it.
I was hoping to finish it with the question "would you go out with me?" as cliche as that sounds.

I have a 6-7 month old kitten called Tibbles. Shes really playful and mischevous but I don't always have the time to play with her for as long as she wants. What sort of toys can I get her so that she can entertain herself for a while? I live in a flat, so theres no garden, but theres a balcony she goes on so shes not too enclosed. why do men cheat and then when confronted lie about it, even if you know in your heart that it is true. It makes you feel as if you are the one doing something wrong. I asked my bf about another woman and he lied about it, told him I had her number and he said, well, call her and I did and found out he has been seeing her for 4 weeks. When I asked him about it again, he said, she wanted him, but he didn't and now she is the one not telling the truth.
