It doesn't matter what product you use, just remember these 3 simple steps to beauty regime. Wash, cleanse and moisturise.
Step 1 - cleansing gel
Step 2 - Toner
Step 3 - moisturise (use day cream for day/ night cream b4 bedtime)

Simple!

Depends on budget and skin type really. The truth is the big companies put all their money into finding the latest, most fantastic ingredient which they then package amazingly and spend a fortune advertising. This is then passed on to the punters. When you get down to the nitty gritty though, they all perform the same functions: cleanser cleanse and moisturisers moisturise. What you spend depends on whether you want the other fancy stuff too. I've tried all sorts but keep coming back to the Body Shop for their Vitamin E cleansing wipes and fantastic Carrot Cream for day and night. But that's what suits me.

By far the best - and cheapest skincare regime is fresh fruit and vegetables. Eat these and you skin will look good without a doubt.

Without a doubt, what works for you is the BEST. That is assuming you know what to do. If not, its cleanse, tone and moisturize.
Each skin is individual. To take the journey of knowing, you have to find out what your skin type is and the choosing becomes easier.
The "regime" is an act to be adhered to. Without it, you will not see the benefit however expensive your products might be.

Four daily steps to beautiful skin:
1. Cleanse morning and evening to remove impurities.
2. Exfoliate when needed to remove dead skin cells that can clog pores and dull skin.
3. Tone morning and evening to refine skin circulation.

always take off make up. wash with a neutral cleanser, tone to close pores, moisturise with no more than a pea sized amount of cream ( with spf ) and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, eat a balanced diet

Good skin care is essential for a youthful looking skin and face, and your facial "health" depend on it, as much as you need collagen and elastin for a smooth skin you also need adequate moisture in your skin. Men and women must both not only take care of their skin to remain younger looking, but also to ensure the continued health of their skin. A good skin care regimen need not take hours every day, but must be, without fail, be attended to every day.

Lots of good ideas here. Also, be gentle with application especially around the eyes. If you wear contacts or as you get older, use eye cream- dot it aroundt hen blend with one finger gently.
