How come we ban soda's in schools?
What i mean here is they ban diet soda's With 0 Calories i mean no nutritional value But though they ban fruit juice often with 200+ Calories With nutritional Value but then what is the point in banning soda's with 0 Calories? Ask me these guys are wacky!
And we all know theres ( Coke pusher's ) now so whats the point!

I used to have a hard time getting my glucose under 150 without medication and now it's going down to 75-80 with no medication. Why might this be and should I do anything about it. (I'm a big guy and I am eating well (low carbs though).

There's this one girl, shes a freshie and im a sophomore, and i really like her, and i think she likes me. She's cute, and i always talk to her during 7th period because we sit next to eachother. When i touch her hand (yes i was flirting haha) she doesnt mind- she just smiles and lets me. I feel so alive when im with her-i really want to ask her out before thanksgiving break so i can see her during it (thanksgiving break starts on thursday, we get friday and the weekend off.) I know all about her family, she tells me everything and i just listen. I really like her and want to ask her out by tomorrow. What should i do? Should I ask her out personally (we only have 3 classes tomorrow, a "half day" at school) so i dont know know if i will see her, or should i just call her? IM her?

I really dont know what to say.
Should i just be like "hey how was your day?"(which i ask her all the time) or just confront her and say
"Do you want to go out with me?" Help!

I want to know if I have my job listed under work history on a application. If they call my work, what can my employer say. I know its illegal for them to say anything negitive about you, but I heard their are loopholes around that. I heard they can say things like, "we wouldn't take him back, he tried his harder, he could be more energetic, etc. This is basicly like saying that your not a good employee." I want to know what they can and cannot say. Can they say this stuff I just mention. I am a good employee for the most part, but I have goofed off before, or talk to my bagger while I was checking. My bost is a total ASSHOLE. He only lookes for things you do wrong, he doesn't care about what I do right.

I live in a very small community where everyone knows everyone about. Well a 13yr old boy gets mad because an old man that had a big heart in this town didnt want him on his property for the purposes that he had bulls. Well the boy came back and killed this kind man and now he is being tried as an adult. How crazy is this Do you think guns should be banned completly for kids even hunting from this experience i believe that they arent mature enough to handle a gun
