Encourage her to see a doctor if she is really depressed and does not just have a few days of the blues. Tell her that it is okay and nothing to be ashamed of and that she should talk to someone. She won't regret it once she does.

Well first, why is she depressed? I think the best thing you could do for her..is to just be there for her. Let her ramble on to you about her feelings, and let her know that she will be okay. Perhaps you two could have a picnic in a park? That would be nice =]

By the way, you sound like a really sweet boyfriend.

Be there for her, have a shoulder to lean on....urge her to see a doctor/professional. Have a listening ear. I have a site I made years ago that has links to what is good to say to someone who is depressed adn what is bad. Maybe that will help, the site is:www.geocities.com/angelmuzic78/depression.html
Being there for the person is more important then what you say, at least it was me..actions speak louder then words.

You could go with the easy and simply sweet "I am here for you, and always will be. I love you."

Or you could spruce it up a little (perhaps get a little cheesy, that always makes me smile when my boyfriend does that) and go along the lines

"I am here for you, and I always will be. Like the assured sun that rises each morning. Shinning its brilliant light warming the day. I will always be your constant, and you will always be my shinning light. I love you."

I could keep expaning, but Iv already said enough. :)

Best of luck to both of you.

Two words: Back rubs. Don't say anything don't ask for anything in return...just keep massaging until you can't anymore. Also feet are a plus for some...if you're ok with feet.

The best thing you can do is to let her know that you're there for her when she needs you and that you love her no matter what.

ask her whats bothering her and dont be too "wanting" or dont be on her nerves, like dont ask her too many times but if she doesnt wanna tell you then i suggest if she has a good sense of humor, say something really really funny to make her laugh out her depressed mood,ya know..it works for me..i dunno about ur gf but i hope it works, good luck!

Make her laugh.
Say something like lets be happy, and if she doesn't, make her.
Say I don't care lets be happy, smile, you're getting me worried.

u should just talk to her & see what's bothering her & try to help...but don't bug her about it 'cause then she'll be super annoyed at you.
