Ouch, yeah wax it. You'll eventually be able to tolerate the pain, as you become accustomed to this new sensation. But the results are so much nicer than that prickly shaving thing. The hair grows back in slower, weaker, and softer, Not fast and sharp like shaving.
The wax kit may not tell you this, but you can reheat/reuse the wax over and over again until it no longer sticks and becomes ineffective. They want you to buy a new kit each time, again ouch.

Some salons offer permanent hair removal. It involves using equipment, which sends waves through the hair to the root, preventing re-growth. I'm not sure of the cost but it will be worth it if you don't want to have to shave them any more.

Go get a laser hair removal, Its basically painless and permanent, I have seen very good results with women's legs first hand. This is more expensive but well worth the cost.

I really cannot understand why you would want this. Men with no hair look like a Ken doll - plasticky and artificial. That's a real turn off. If you're a grown man, you're supposed to have hair.

well.. i know burning yourself can stop your hair from growing.
but i wouldnt suggest that.

theres really not that much you can do about it.
shaving it often doesnt help either, it actually makes it grow back faster
