I was sexually molested until I was 15 by my step grandfather. I never told anyone until two years ago. I thought telling someone would make it better but my world has just fallen apart since then. My grandmother refused to believe me, along with several family members, and have basically disowned me for speaking out. My immediate family has stood by me, but since then I'm constantly depressed and sad, often breaking into hysterical, uncontrolled crying for no apparent reason (this last week it's been every day). Even worse, I've become extremely fearful about being separated from my mother. I'd been on my own for 4 years and all of the sudden I just can't do it. My job is suffering, I can't lose this job but I'm not emotionally fit to keep going and I don't know any way to tell my boss what is happening. I'm trying medication and therapy but it isn't working. I tried to find a support group in my area but nothing came up. Please help.

I don't have much room so here it goes.

I have considerable reason to believe adult protective services
is accusing me of a crime. Specifically threatening to kill my
mom.

I've never been asked if its true and even had the cops called on
me.

I think I have a legal problem and have a right to avoid them even
though they have a job to do. I think I'm obviously the target and
would be a moron to submit to an interview without legal counsel
present. Only one problem. I don't have a lawyer.

I have checked some things out however I'm not sure.
On one hand I can refuse to talk to them. On the other
they can get a court order.

If I think I'm in real legal trouble, can I refuse to be questioned
or submit to an interview?

Question must be answered before November 28.

I met this chick at a club, things were great, she asked me to dance, and we exchanged phone numbers. Two days later I sms her to see if she wanted to grab a coffee or watch a movie and she replies, saying she wouldn't mind hanging out. I was looking for a more positive response, but i message back saying if she's too busy i'll talk to her some other time. She then replies, suggesting that friday is ok for her to meet up. When i suggest a time and place on friday she says it should be ok, but that she'll confirm it closer to the day. I like this girl but she seems neutral in her tone, i thought she would be more interested in meeting up.

Basically, im 18 and trying to figure out a way to get to college, to have an education and become trained for the real work world. Problem is i have limited funds. All my life i grew up very financially independent. Now i make enough to have a decent living but i still live at home. I cant imagine how i could afford college, by working at a job that requires no skills/education. And how do people go to college and pay for their car and insurance,gas, cell phone, clothes, food, dates, ETC. I mean, i could eliminate some of these bills, but in todays society its a must to have a cell phone. How can students have a job and maintain their school work? i want an education and i want it fast. I was very close to joining the Navy, but decided its not for me. now i feel like im going no where without college, any ideas?!
