Report it to someone you trust.

If you are a child, tell your parents. If you can't tell them, tell a teacher, friend's mother - someone that you trust.

If they do nothing to help you, then keep telling until someone helps you.

Tell the Police. You are a victim, you are doing nothing wrong, don't let it continue for another day.

From experience it is not that easy to tell someone. No matter who you trust. Have to realize that it isn't your fault then you can go from there and then be able to talk to someone who you really trust and together can decide what the next step should be.

I would report it to the police because that person could also be abusing someone else.
