I use both, they are both the best. There about 6 programs in my antispyware arsenal, 4 are exceptionally good. But these 2 and Ad-Aware SE are the best I've ever seen. If you want to create such an arsenal the three I listed are must-haves

SpyBot S&D is a freeware which protects your computor against spyware. It does not suck up alot of power like Spyware Sweeper and does a good job.

good question, i dont know, used them both. and they both pickup things the other does not.
