What do you do if you were young, scared and crazily in love, yet never really believed all of that could come through for you, and therefore irrationally broke up with your boyfriend? You have since, hooked up and playfully flirted on email for a while, yet he continuously says, "it will never work again," and "we tried this before and it failed."There is an intense physical attraction between us that makes things more difficult. Not to mention that both of us have tried dating for two years but have yet to move on. Many parts to this story, but we'll start here for now...thoughts? advice?

Well, here goes...I just found out I have a stomach ulcer. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the best medication is to take for this from experience? My doc prescribed Pepcid. Surely there's got to be something better than this!

I met my girlfriend online some time ago and she lives in Missouri. Sadly, that's about 2000 miles away from my house in Oregon. I will be getting the chance to go there over Christmas break and have NO idea what to get her. It will be the first time I see her in 5 months! I don't have much money since I have to pay for plane tickets, but I have no problem making something. I've given her jewelry, painted her pictures, sang her songs, written poetry. I just don't know what to get her now. She says that me being there is the best present she could ask for...but I still want to get her something. So is there anything sweet and original that you guys have gotten, given, or thought of? Thanks!

I swear this board is nothing but teen age girls with period questions! Okay, so not really, but man, don't they teach you guys anything in school any more???? Have they completely abandoned the birds and the bees? Are girls literally going through school and never being taught the basic principles of how their bodies are different and how they function??? Short answers: yes, you will eventually get your period unless you are actually a boy with undecended testicles. Yes, it is normal to pass brown dishcharge on your first period. Let say a man named Tony is a Christian. Tony believes in God (w/c may or may not exist) & lives for Him. He prays always & has many "answered" prayers, reads the Bible daily, and practices the good values it teaches, like love, kindness and forgiveness. He goes to church every week, gives to the poor and unfortunate. Feels blessed by God & so blesses others.

He loves his family, and has many friends. He is successful in his career, he takes care of his body and is healthy. He is not shame-filled or depressed. But lives life with happiness,vitality and purpose. He expects to go to heaven when he dies, because he is a believer in Christ.

What do you think of Tony's life? is it a good life?or is it being wasted because it is lived for an illusion?

What is Tony missing here? what negative consequences of being a christian will there be in his life?Compared to an atheists life, is Tony's life inferior?do you pity him, admire him or hate him for the way he lives his life?
