ASAP go to your pharmacy (if you live in a state where you don't need a prescription) or call your doctor and get a prescription for Plan B, "the morning after pill".
The sooner you take it the better chance you have of it being effective.
If you plan on being sexually active in the future you might want to talk to your doctor or gynecologist about taking birth control. It's much easier than worrying about it the day after.

Get the morning after pill now. It is only effective for 72 hours after use, and that's if you're lucky.
Use a condom from now on.
