Bush only has a 30 percent approval rating (actually 31%). Which means 2/3 of America now realizes he blows.
30% could also describe the amount of votes most Republicans garnered in last week's election....

I think that they are saying tha tonly 30% of Americans support Bush. That is lowballing & in any case I would rather be right than with the majority.

Likely his presidential approval rating, which is often as low as 30%.
There's never been a measure though of how many people on the DISAPPROVE side really hate the living stinking guts of the president. I'd imagine he'd rank quite well on that one.
