My son is 2 and I still don't know if I should have him circumsize...I honestly need a real honest answer from both Father and Mothers out there...I know its a "Personal" desiction but its so hard to make. My husband is uncircumsize and he hates it, my brother is also uncircumsize and say's he loves it. I just don't know.

My husband and I have recently moved from Mass to Virginia and dont know what restaurants carry good food and ambience in the Richmond area. We are looking for something different and not the usual Cheesecake Factory, Red Lobster, Olive Garden or Friday's restaurants; which are all nice places but we were hoping for something new. Maybe a steak and seafood joint??

Hello, thank you all in advance for helping me.

I am a 30 year old Male and I just got a physical and my bloodwork came back with some bad results in my Iron Profile. Here are the results:

TIBC: 231 (250-450 is normal range)
Iron Saturation: 39 (15 - 55 is normal range)
UIBC: 142 (150-375 is normal range)

They are bringing me back in for a Iron Profile with Ferrintin. I am wondering what does these mean? Is this indicative of cancer? Chronic Disease? This is what my research showed. Then I spoke to the dr... The doctor doesn't sound to positive about these results at my age. They are thinking it malignancy, chronic disease and the such. Needless to say I am quite upset. I figure the blood doesn't lie...

Any thoughts on this from people who know what this means?

I almost had to call 911 to help unlodge this rather large log that got stuck in the opening of our outside wood burning furnace!!

For example, suppose an aquantaince introduces his wife/girlfriend and after the usual pleasantries (nice to meet you I'm ____ etc...). Would it be appropriate for you to compliment the significant other on her looks, personality, etc...?

For instance suppose you say something somewhere along the lines of: "your wife is very beautiful, your a very lucky man" or "how did you manage to get her bob?" (maybe that last one is crossing the line..lol)

Ofcourse the compliment is totally without alterior motives. It's not like your hitting on your friends girl.

What are your opinions on the matter?

Work Experience Interview @ Barclays Bank? Help!?
I'm in Year 10 and am having an interview with Barclays Bank - never done an interview before. Now, inevitable questions will be Why do you want to work at Barclays? Why are you interested in banking? Now the reason I want to work at Barclays are really convenience and my mate is doing it. So, how should I answer these questions? And any other tips? Why do people/media make a big deal about the amount of cosmetic surgery Michael has had done? Furthermore why is he attacked for alledgedy whitening his skin, yet when it comes to Janet and La Toya Jackson hardly nothing is said despite it clearly being obvious that they are a similar skin colour to Michael and also have similar noses and other facial features as him. Thus giving rise to the suggestion that they have had just as much surgery as Michael.

I am 20 years old and a short 5,2, i weigh between 8s 12lbs to 9s. my weight goes up and down a couple of pounds every now and then. i am a size 10-12 - (mainly 12) and have alot of fat on my stomach which is depressing me soo much. i always wear a jacket on everywhere i go including inside - even in the summer, because i dont want others to see it. what should i do??? i hate being fat!
