If someone has gone above and beyond for you (meaning something that not many in this world would do), what kind of gift would you get her?

Something extremely personal, if you know the person very well, it shouldn't be that difficult. I'll give you an example: one day I want to get a music globe with a squirrel hanging from a tree in the center, playing it's a small world after all for my father. He had one just like it a long time ago which reminded him of when I was born but I broke it. I've been looking for it for 2 years and maybe will have to build it myself.

I hope that helps,

If she been really really nice why not give her a letter from Santa. I sent a few of these out last year and my friends really loved them. They were very unique and personalized.

These letters are intended for children but aren't we all still children at heart?

Anyway you can check them out at http://ab.vcmedia.com/c/s=84624/c=101712/

Hope this gives you a possible idea.

Believe it or not, something from your "Heart" would be most appreciated.
Write them a Poem.
Create a photo album of the 2 of you.
Make something you know they're into.
Anything that is a piece of Y.O.U is very priceless.
