Why do people/media make a big deal about the amount of cosmetic surgery Michael has had done? Furthermore why is he attacked for alledgedy whitening his skin, yet when it comes to Janet and La Toya Jackson hardly nothing is said despite it clearly being obvious that they are a similar skin colour to Michael and also have similar noses and other facial features as him. Thus giving rise to the suggestion that they have had just as much surgery as Michael.

I'm not looking for criticisms of Michael, I am looking to find out why he gets so much more criticism than his sister's when they clearly have had just as much work as him!

He shouldn't be attacked for having plastic surgery anyway because it's his body, his money and his business!! He did not whiten his skin, he has a genetic disease called Vitiligo and if Janet and Latoya have light skin then that just shows that the disease runs in the Jackson family!!

Why doe's the meadia .criticise Micheal Jackson for Whitening his Skin .When nearly everyone that is white is trying to look the same colour Jacko was before he did all his Cosmetic Ect .And if Jacko wants to do it That's up to him. At least he is a proper Celeb not Like most Imposter's today that ain't got an ounce of talent .EG Jade Goody and Co.I am not a Jacko fan But I see nothing wrong with is choice or his voice .

He went to far that's why every one make a big deal about his Plastic Surgery. For the skin whitening, people especially the black community has never seen any thing like that before. For the media, they like talking about him so much because it helps there magazines sell. People love that type of stuff. Some times the artist plant stories in the media for publicity (publicity stunt) so that should answer you question

I think it's been pointed out a few times about the similarities of Janet and Latoya and Michael's bleach/surgeries but nothing like Michael, and I think it has to do with Michael's fame being greater than theirs and people just like to find fault with him because of the bad publicity to do with the child molestation allegations even though he was found not guilty..you make a good point..

actually, michael is a few shades lighter than latoya and even more lighter than janet. i do believe that atleast latoya has had lots of work done and has also been criticized for it. latoya's name just isn't as big and does not generate as much interest as michaels. as for janet, she has enough scandal out with the wardrobe malfunction from a few years ago at the super bowl. and janet has always looked up to latoya and has wished she looked more like her. so chances are, yes, they've probably all had their noses done.

Because Michael Jackson isn't just strange looking but also ever since he bleached his skin and got all the plastic surgery hes became a weird O.....I mean I have nothing against him personally but Janet is more normal and yea shes had surgery too but she dont look as bad as michael........

I don't think it's just his skin and surgery that he gets stick for. It's the whole, strange package. When I've seen his sisters interviewed, no matter what they look like, they seem to have a better grip on reality than MJ. I'm not knocking him (on this occassion) just saying that it's just another strange thing on the list of strange things that people have a dig at him about. And the reason it carries on and on is because he never acknowledges that he's got any problems at all. People can't warm to a man who looks like him and refuses to say that he's ever been wrong or made shi*ty judgements.

Simply put, because people marvel that someone so talented can be so eccentric. There is no denying that Micheal Jackson is one of the greatest performers ever. He has so much talent it's almost unbelievable, but at the same time he has so many questionable personality quirks that he seems to contrast his own self. People want to enjoy his music and performances, but people also recognize him as being accused of child molestation. Sadly he has hurt his own career through his bizarre ways. It makes one wonder, will he be remembered years from now more for his music or for his eccentricities?

i am lost for words as to discribe michael jackson know. is he black, is he white. he has become a freak of cosmetic surgery, pity, he was once a cute kid. still love his music.
