Has anyone actually won the readers digest prize draw, ever?

I’ve been inundated with them since I took out a Readers digest subscription, they keep sending me books I don’t want and told me in the last letter they are sending a weather station! I don’t have a garden why would I want a weather station?
Is it just junk mail destined for the bin or should I fill it in and risk even more mailings from them?
Do I even have a chance of winning today’s letter says I am "favourably qualified for offer. Could be declared winner upon return on this entry notice. Prize £10,000

Why does my phone do this?

I cant EVER seem to send a text message that is 2 or more messages long. Sometimes when i call i cannot hear the ringing and when people answer i cannot hear them but they can hear me and also my messages will not send even if they are 1 message long. I have to turn my phone off and on again to get it working again, but it happens occassionally and not all the time.

Why does my cat behave strangely since we came home from a weekend away?

Our cat used to sleep on the bed but now he sleeps under the quilt or under a chair even on top of the computer keyboard and will stay there for ages. He also constantly washes himself. He appears to run everywhere rather than walk. He is eating ok and he will talk to us but he is not the same. Every evening when I come home from work, he is upstairs until my husband comes home then he comes down, eats and lays on his legs which is the only thing he used to do. For a long time now, a big cat comes in to the house and eats his food, he gets in through the cat flap although its magnetic and he hasnt got a magnet which is a bit baffling as we can't open the cat flap from the outside, although our cat has been stressed at times, he has suddently become very strange, could this be the reason.

Eclectus Parrot?

I was meant to get a green cheek conure & when i went to pick him up, he was bitey and flighty and not a well bonded bird to humans so i trusted my instinct and left him behind, I was in the middle of getting a sun conure when i noticed the Eclectus Parrot. I dont know much about these birds.
Are they as friendly and playful as the conures?
Do they make a lot of noise?
Any info on these birds would so greatfully be appreciated.

How can one get relief from long drawn fever?

I have been suffering from fever for last 25 days. All sorts of blood reports are done. Everything is normal. There is no trace of Dengue, malaria, typhoyed, Jaundice. Yet fever consisist 24 hours. If taking, paracitamol, it reappears after 12-15 hours. Such is being going on for last 25 days. Doctors expressed their helplessness and called it viral fever.

I am having problems with my bt broadband it is going really slow is any body else having the same problems?

I live in central scotland and I have the new bt homehub, it is going really slow, slower than dial up, I have tried to phone bt but I just get put throught to a call centre in India!!

I am getting no where with this, is anybody else experiencing the same problems

A lot of people claim God talks to them. I'd just like to know your experiences, and how he talked to you. Directly with a booming voice? In your soul, and mind?

For the record, he has never talked to me, or at least not that I'm aware of.
