Details: dentist is an HMO provider and Insurance pays amount specified on their policy. Is there a limit of how much can dentist charge above Insurance limits?

I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years. Before that, we were best friends for 3 years. We've lived together for 2 years now. We've been through everything together. Like any other relationship, we've had our ups and downs...
Anyways- we've talked about marriage only a little. I get that he isn't ready...but the way he acts is so discouraging. He says he doesn't want anyone else, that he's 100% happy with us...and I know he loves me.
So what is the problem here?
Not to mention, that when we first got together HE was talking about marriage and whatnot. Now it's me talking and he doesn't seem so interested.
HELP! Please!

This is our first fall/winter with gas heat. We've lit the pilot light on the central heat twice. Both times we waited about 20 minutes and then turned it on at the thermostat. The ....I guess they're called "burners".... lit and burned for a few minutes. Then almost immediately when the blower came on they all went out, including the pilot light. Same situation both times. Is it something we're doing wrong, or should we call the gas company?

My employer never released an employee handbook detailing vacation/sick/personal day treatments. They only explained that your vacation days must be used in the calendar year and there is no carryover. I have resigned but before I have used days that I earned. Are they required by Federal or State law to compensate? I live in Texas.

I sometimes get to the point where I hate how I look. I wonder how my boyfriend is still attracted to me. Sometimes when I'm really frustrated about it, I mention how much it bugs me that I feel too thin, or that I broke out. (But I don't complain all the time or anything) I do what I can to take care of it, but I was just wondering if you guys get turned off more when you hear us mention things like that. or does it sort of let you know that at least we're trying to look alright?

Should I just learn to forget about my imperfections? What would you think if it was your girlfriend that did this?

I have a boyfriend currently serving in Iraq. I went and got tested and ended up having syphillis and chlamidya, I have been completly faithful to him and after I told him this he went and got tested and he didnt have anything, after thinking about it I was asking him if maybe the military does automatic shots or something that would get rid of that before he even knew he had it. I dont think that he would have not caught it considering we have been together for 2 years and have been having unprotected sex, if anyone has an answer for me I would greatly appreciate it! there's 2 girls who i have a chance with.

the first girl is 1 year older than me and she goes to my college. she's smart, mild-mannered, and actually quite pretty. i have a great time with her and feel confident that she won't cheat on me because she's a virgin. but she doesn't like to go to parties and gets really jealous anytime i even mention another girl's name.

the second girl is 3 years older than me and she's smoking hot, but she lives back at home which is 3 hours away. she has a job and is out in the "real" world. she gets me into clubs and buys me drinks. she's a lot of fun and is very experienced in bed. but she does a lot of things i wouldn't do (like drugs) and feel she won't wait for me to come back to have a little "action."

who do you think i should pursue? i have no idea and it boggles my mind. i'm usually against people posting questions of their personal problems on the internet, but i'm desperate! please help me!

I want to pursue my acting career. I've taken 1 Acting class. I will pursue in my local area of Northern Cal first. But, even if I don't get something. My husband told me he wanted a divorce and that he doesn't love me, and just doesn't want to be married. I can't understand it, or receive a clear concise answer from him to understand what is happening. All he will say is point blank, he is getting a divorce no matter what and he doesn't want to be married. He says nothing more or less. It is not like we are fighting, we are very cival, he lives with his mom right now, but we still sleep together too. I asked him to come home today, and he said no. That is when he said he didn't want to be married, and didn't want to work on things, and he was getting a divorce and nothing would change that. He told our four year old that he doesn't love me anymore either. Our son point blank asked him. Anyone with ideas about this?

have 3 goldfish. I have already named one Elvis. I got 2 of them from Memphis Tennessee 3 yrs ago..and one of the 2 just looked like an Elvis so thats its name. I need a name for the other one that came from Memphis..its mostly white with some orange.
