What jobs they had, education for the children, types of cloths, where would they live

Thier education was pretty well non-existant all they knew how to do was manual labour (very few people could even read back then) thier clothes were very modest (rags) and they lived at the place they worked (as a general rule)

Depends. Where are they in the North, South or Where?
North- you lived in slums, dirty living conditions, no education for children unless parents were wealthy, worked in unsafe factories

South- education was given by parents unless they could afford a tutor, lived/worked on a farm,
