I do intense cardio 3-4 times a week for 1.30 hours, eat really healthy and have been a size 2-4 for quite some time. after the sudden loss of my father, ive noticed my stomach to buldge more then normal and my pants are feeling a little tigher. is this caused by the stress??? and if so, when will it decrease and what can i do? i started taking hoodia again to decrease my appetite, although i dont eat much to begin with. im just sick of having this buldge! and sometimes, i dont even want to eat because im so sick of the way i look, especially my stomach. please help. seriously answers only.
