A 16 and ahalf year old girl is at a foot ball game with her Mom. She has 2 jackets and is not alloweded to wear either one. One is red a nd one says Raiders. Father considers these gang related items, altho girl is not envolved in gangs. Mom and dad divorced. It's cold out and girl if freezing so mom runs home and brings her the red jaket. Later Dad shows up at game, see's she has on Jacket, lets her wear it because it's cold, after game takes her home to his house and grounds her for 7 days for wearing the jacket. But dad it's all I have and it's cold! I don't care! you were told not to wear it or the black one! Themn why won't you buy me one? I will when I get the money! (He has inheritance money to buy her a jacket. He can afford it) But, here is how he grounds her, He makes her stay in her room for 7 days with no T.V. and no music or phone or computer or anything. She can only come out for meals! What is wrong with him? He hates authority. He hates "COPS" I think he's mentally ill

I am 52 years old , I started out 30 ago in a HI tech printing job ( laser color seprations) I was a gifted !! I could do no wrong I Had job offers of 100K ( back in the 80's and I was in my 30's) I had the world in my Hands!!!!! House ( paid for), Wife 3 small Girls and a great job with a large company.
Well in the 90's printing went Postscript and I lost my job! So I started a small printing company of my own and did just ok But after 9/11 and the internet The printing industry was DOA.
Now I am 52 and started a small Handyman Business and it seemed like it would be ok . However now after two years it has slowed down and now I am at wits end. I have gone from 100k to cleaning out garages for 150.00 per day. I am so Dam Depressed that I feel like I cant move and More. I have bills coming in and dont even fell like working. My Wife leaves for work and I just sneek to the park and sit and think..... I dont know what to do? ...

We have lost touch with our friends, the Simonoff family: Donald & Ann, (both about 55), David, (about 30) and Michael (maybe 25).
We met them on Long Island. Don was with Citibank, they lived in London for a while, then Parkland, FL. Last known address in Orlando, FL. I've tried all the website look-ups and have come up empty.

Any help would be appreciated.

hi,my psa has risen from 4.4 to 9.9 in 4 years and i had a biopsy when it was 6.6 and that was clear but after the 1st biopsy it seems like i need a 2nd 1,why cant it all be done with the 1stthe thought of a 2nd has brought on anxiety,stress&depression so bad its unbeleilevable.anyone else like this .

That hit me like a ton of bricks! OH MY! That is EXACTLY what happened to me! I was the angriest at Christians, the meanest when I spoke about them, and the most vocal against them in the year before Christ grabbed me up!

For those that have accepted Christ as an adult, was it that way for you?

shes in one of my classes and she totaly stares at me for the whole 45 min. like one time i was saying hi to some of the girls in tthat class like kiss hi (on the cheek) and i saw her look ing at her friend really pissed. in the hall ways i see her freinds and they start gigggling WHY ? hey i mean girls like me but they come up striat up to me why is she doing this?

Personally this is one that I disagree with other Atheists. Although I do think that religion is generally counterproductive to society, I don’t think religion in children has shown to psychologically damaging except to minor cases. I’m also strong in favor of our first amendment that guarantees freedom of religion. Also, I don’t pretend to think I have all the answers in life and that my way is the only correct way, and I think most parents would never teach religion if they thought it would hinder their kids. Given this, I think the only rational conclusion is to let parents indoctrinate their kids. I think that we should still fight against ignorance and immorality due to religion, but that doesn’t mean we have to destroy religion all-together and that some people can’t benefit from it.

Please share your thoughts on this. Theists please share your thoughts on parents of other religions or atheists their belief system.

Hey,
I broke up with my boyfriend about a month ago, due to him and other gurls. I do want him back cuz we were together for like 6ish years on n off and there still are feelings there. I am getting over him, i seriously hate him. Everytime he rings my mates or nething. My Glowlight Tetras are getting beautiful light bluish tips on their fins. The Pet Store woman said they were getting "breeding colors." Does that mean they will spawn in my tank? (assuming of course there are males and femail in the tank) And does that give me an indication of their age?
