Ok it's like this..insertion is easy and pleasing. But when it comes down to the bang bang- and it feels so good cause I like a good banging. And then the blood starts. I come from a family of 5 (3 brothers & 1 sister) & am 2nd to the oldest; recently my brother died in a car accident; he was only 21 (RIP). My parents are divorced, my mother can't stand my father & won't talk to him @ all. My brother owned his own home & has things that're worth $$$; my parents are fighting over the house not wanting either to "get it" but want it for us kids. I dont want 2 sell the house; my brother put his blood, sweat & tears into that house but @ the same time no 1 wants to live in it (except me). I want 2 preserve my brother's house & would like 2 live there, but am scared. It's a new area, what if my husband & I can't find work, what if it's a bad neighborhood? I live in NV & my brother lived in CA; I'm lost on what to do. My aunts (to add to the issue) helping my dad w/a lawyer & I'm afraid she's trying to persuay my dad 2 sign the house 2 her but am not completely sure of it. My other brothers & sister are nonconfrontational & I don't think theyd fight for it.

i feel really dumb when i talk to my girlfriend cause i say hey whats up....cool did you have a good day?...and then bam after that i cant talk!cant think of anything else to say so were there soing umm... for like five minutes.Please help me i dont want her to break up with me cause i cant talk to her on aim or on the phone.Please Help! p.s. I am a little concerned about my b/f about 3 mos ago he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high colesteral. he is know on all meds for this. Last night he used cocaine and i needless to say i am very pissed he did it and trust me we are fighting about it however i am more concern as to if this will effect his diabetes. Can anyone help me out here ?

My roomate/friend asked me to drive his company truck out of state with a trailer to pick up some furniture 800 miles away. He tried to explain to me that his company allowed other people to drive the company vehicle other than him, but I just dont agree with him and believe that I will not be covered by his insurance nor mine if something were to happen.

I am a female, not looking to get too buff but I do want to have lean muscles...I use the hip abuctor/adductor, the large crunch machine which makes you move like a pair of scissors (will look up name next time at the gym), and a few of the chest and leg press machines. I also do an intense 1 hour cardio session on treadmill/arc trainer.

Should I be doing cardio first or weigh-lifting? I have heard different things from different people.

Over the last few years I have looked at many different methods of developing inner peace, and mind contol(meditation, tai chi, mantras, proverbs, ancient knowledge, religion etc). One of the best ways I have found, is the importance of managing internal stimuli ie negative thoughts, intrusive thoughts, feelings and emotions. One of the methods is simply-meditation style-ignoring these games of the mind ie not energising. Trying not to think internally ie keeping focussed on whats around you etc, rather than focused internally/on self. Any thoughts on this? Is it best to simply not think about self, and let the brain/mind do its thing? Almost a paradox-to get the best from the mind requires stopping your thoughts? Big topic I know, any thoughts on this subject(s) would be appreciated and read with interest. Many thanks.
