It is said that love and truth walk hand in hand. But if the need is great enough people can learn to love a lie

and that is what christans and all religions are about learning to love a lie

I'm just wondering why Xians keep referring to Atheism as a religion? Don't they know that it is the absence of religion we are seeking?

I don't understand why you would ssay Christians are brainwashed.

We make the choice on our own to believe the truth........
YOU, on the otherhand listen to the world and , in my opinion, let them braiswash you into believing a lie...or at least not believing the truth.

Remember....it takes a lot of courage to be a Christian because of the grief you get ( from people like yourself ) and no courage at all to go along with the majority of the world views.

The road to hell is a wide one, the path to Heaven is a narrow one.

Open your eyes, don't conform to the brainwashings of a secular world, come to the truth that God offers through Christ.

I'm not brainwashed. I considered leaving the faith a year ago until I did research. Christianity makes sense and is the truth. And you're right, you don't need religion to believe in God, but you do need Christ to go the Heaven. Have a nice day!

wouldnt it then be wiser 2 have compassion on those who cant percieve th@ ur faith outside of religion is still wholle and intact?

if anyone tells u otherwise, the twisted thing is they care for u but it has been contaminated by the fear of the inefficient side of religion.

they literally believe th@ u may go 2 hell if u dont hav jesus, 4 example and they worry and stress 4 u, but u can now reassure them b'cos u kno otherwise

there is a recognisable form of "brainwashin", but th@s how most religions operate. its a fear-based attempt 2 understand God, if th@ statement will ever make sense, and it needs our help

No many people think as you do but that does not mean you are right. People can think that about most religions.

Taoism is an exception. How can you be brain washed in a relligion that basically tells you to experience life for yourself but dont mess things up.

The average Christian will tell you they are not relegious and do not have a religion, they will tell you they have a relationship with Jesus.

I know some Christians are brainwashed, but not all are. Yes, some lie a lot to get their way, but not all do this.

I think most religions involves a bit of "brainwashing" since its all essentially about getting people to follow it and basically controlling them and how they think. Cut out the sweet words of praising this and serving that and been saved and going to heaven, when it comes down to the bone, it's all about power.

Many(DECEIVED BY MANY SHALL COME TO DECEIVE, AND SHALL DECEIVE MANY) are obviously "bewitched": "fool"-ed by "false Christs shall arise" along with "many false prophets". And it's not only Christians who get DECEIVED, it's MANY ppl.

When thou art converted, strengthen(not condemn) thy brethren.
Sow: they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil.
(notice it's not if, but "when"; So expect a full recovery for all)

To say brain washed is not correct, for brain washed is grace.
I would that all so-called law law Christians get brain "washed".

Christ: is the end of the law: Romans 10:4
Christ(end of law) is Saviour of the world: John 4:42
Sow Christ-ians should be grace us, not awful lawful.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ WITH YOU ALL. AMEN.

No. You are not the only one who thinks Christians are brainwashed. The devil thinks so too.
BTW: We ARE brainwashed! The blood of Jesus washed our sins away and made us new creatures in his love. Praying for your salvation! God bless you to some day know the peace and joy that believing in Christ can bring you.
