im a female in college and so i dont hv much time to exericse because of the all the work. if i go on a diet with lots of water, an apple a day, and a regular healthy dinner, special k cereal and milk, and two 100 calorie packs a day and exercise maybe 3-4 times a week for 1/2 hour. will i lose weight? if not then can anyone add something i can do to lose weight. i also need exercises that will really help me lose belly fat/hips/lovehandles? thanks
