Can you detail for me how a mechanics lien works? Is there anything that I should know to ensure when I file it is done correctly and it will not come back on me as a judgement? I have some accounts that are a year past due and our collection agency is not coming through. We are choosing to take a different route (a mechanics lien). Is this our best bet in collecting outstanding funds? Thank you for your help.

I never rocked her or sang lullabies or anything. I just hold her, and when I can tell she's dozing off, I put her in her crib, kiss her good night, and leave the room. She doesn't cry, though.
Also, if she wakes up in the middle of the night, I go and comfort her, give her the pacifier, and in a couple of minutes she's asleep again.
Do you think I am being mean, or not caring enough, because I don't rock her or do otherwise?

I am very interested in taking classes to learn how to throw. I took a beginner ceramics class in college and we didn't get to do much on the wheel. I would really like to learn, but I dont know where to go. I've looked at a few colleges in the area, but most of the classes are during the day and I work 8-5. Any ideas?

My twins are named ebony and ivory .There name fits them because one is lighter then the other.But my mom said that when they get a little bit older they will be ashamed of their name . A newlywed couple returned to their apartment after being on their honeymoon.

"Care to go upstairs and do it?" the husband asked.

"Shh!" said the bride "All the neighbors will know what we're about to do. These walls are paper thin. In the future, we'll have to ask each other in code. For example, how about asking, 'Have you left the washing machine door open' instead?"

So, the following night, the husband asks, "I don't suppose you left the washing machine door open, did you?"

"No, I definitely shut it," replied the wife who rolled over and fell asleep.

recently (over the summer) she dropped from 130 to 105 lbs. i loved it. she is soooo beautiful. i mean..GOD! anyway, this week i told her to try and lose another 5 lbs b/c i thought she might be even hotter. but then, she got really MAD at me (in school). and now she would even speak to me for 5 days already. i really want her (back). what should i do now?
