I have tried pulling window up. And where are the fuses and how do I know which one has had it?

I would remove the panel from the inside. That done, you should be able to pull or push back up your window in place by turning the window regulator by hand.
If that don't work, undo the bolts on the track that holds the window onto the regulator, pull or push your window into place and lock it there somehow.

There are 2 issues that could flow incorrect, this is the two electric or mechanical. As you may hear the motor working you may rule out the electrical powered fault. It appears like the rail on the backside of the window (interior the door) has turn into indifferent. you may desire to eliminate the indoors door liner and take a glance, there could be a clip or some thing that has come loose or some thing. If there's a factor broken you will ought to reserve it from a broking.

I would start by checking your fuses. See if any of them are blown and replace them. Sometimes you might be able to pull up on the glass while someone pushes the button but that is if the problem is not with the switches. Usually when both switches don't work then the problem is probably before the switches somewhere. Good luck.
