I had to give a nine year old boy his bath last weekend while baby sitting him and was shocked to see he had was able to have an erection, i was so embarresed, he didnt seem to know what was going on. Is this normal for a nine year old and what should I have done or said? I have been baby sitting him for years and now this. What do I do in the future? I am supposed to be in the bathroom with him, he washes himself, but i noticed him washing down there and! When do boys know there that things work there?

I was out with a really nice, beautiful girl last night. I said all the right things, made her laugh and we were comfortable together. Just all of the sudden he started quivering and is breathing a bit more rapid. His tail is down and he definately is acting as if he doesn't feel right. Doesn't seem to be in pain. I will take him to the vet if he keeps this up. Just wanted to get on here and maybe find some answers. It doesn't seem like an emergency. He's not fixed and is 7 years old. What could be wrong?

what to do when you live in student hall on a middle floor and somebody from top floded your bathroom... and accomodation office locked it till whenever... and there is only one shower for 14 rooms available. It might be like this till xmass and when no one will tell who did it... everyone in a hall will pay £25. what do you think about it?

I am pre-approved for a 100% financing or 5% down. I have the 5% down payment already saved and I'm wondering what makes more sense.

A) Taking a 100% financing mortgage (80/20 mortgage structure) and use the 5% I had saved to pay off our car loans (total of $420/month, both still have 2 1/2 years worth of payments on them) I would still have roughly 2% of my down payment in cash left after paying off the cars.

B) Put a down payment of 5% on our mortgage (with an 80/15/5 strutcture)

The monthly difference in our mortgage payment between the 100% scenario and the 5% down scenario would be $200. I would have an extra $420/month if my cars were paid off.

What makes the most sense? Is it worth paying off non tax-deductible debt and end up with a larger mortgage payment and the bigger tax deduction that would go along with that? Does does affect my chances of refinancing sooner rather than later if interest rates went down?
