If all three of those are the same, then the two teams will have a one-off game at a neutral venue to decide who wins the league.
(I'm pretty sure that's right because in the 2002/03 season Arsenal & Man Utd were really close with about 6 games to go & they were on about this)

goal differerence will be the first tie breaker should two or more teams tied on points. then the next criteria is the teams which score more goals.

larger goal difference. but it would really be indecisive, so they are condsidering giving a final that lasts two legs, to give them a fairer results.
