It must please the terrorists to see us all at each others throats since 911. They may be losing in Iraq but they are winning the war over here by separating us and causing almost a civil war in america. we cannot defeat them if we waste so much energy fighting among ourselves. Actually the terrorists do not really care about Iraq. it is just a battlefield to them.
We have got to stop the madness and heal like after the civil war. (this fighting in america between americans IS madness.) We all want to win and be safe, we just have to discuss the methods and come to a consensus and them all back the plan.

A few moments ago I posted a question asking if Christians still followed the Old Testament because I am under the impression that Jesus brought about a new law which in a sense made the Old Testament invalid.

I am told that Christians must still follow the Ten Commandments however the laws set forth are no longer valid and were only meant for Israel in the first place.

Leviticus is in the Old Testament. Many laws in Leviticus are no longer applicable such as food preparation. It stands to reason that the laws about homosexuality are no longer invalid as well.

It seems that many Christians pick and choose which part of the Old Testament they do and do not wish to follow. I would like to know how you know which parts you are supposed to follow and which parts are inapplicable. How do you know that the food preparation laws are not applicable but homosexuality laws are applicable?

Please explain your reasoning. Thank you.

Making ALL NBA players act like quiet robots, robs them of their individuality. Dwayne Wade is quiet, but that's D-Wade. I know Rasheed for instance can get out of control sometimes, but the other day, 'Sheed simply motioned for a "and one" after he thought he was fouled, while running down to the other end of the court, with his back to the ref, and got a technical foul for that! Is that outrageous or what? Is it American?

i have a major problem keeping my room clean and its so bad i dont even know how to start. my closets have literally emptied themselves onto my floor (with a little help from me of course) so anyways i go in all motivated but then i find a note, a book, a picture, theres always something that grabs my attention. so a room that should take maybe 3 hours (and im serious) to clean takes 5 because i read a book in the middle of it. my rooms not dirty its messy. clothes, shoes, papers, books. im 18 and ive always been messy but its kinda getting out of hand. so anyhow. any ideas. tips. ways to stay occupied. maybe even a little neater. i tried the whole clean it every night before bed thing but it dont work...

This is just a theory, but it has occured to me that in reading the histories of some European countries, that American culture is very literal-minded. We are raised to believe that the U.S. Constitution is dogma. This is a written document and arguments are routinely dismissed as being unconstitutional. Yet Europe throws out constitutions and governments all the time, and in fact, half of England's constitution is unwritten. Which leads to my thesis: Because American culture encourages literalism, there has been a substantial growth in religious fundamentalism in America.

Anyone agree or disagree or have anything else to add?

hey guys im really thankful 2 all of u 4 ur response dat i rec'vd frm u guys but im not really satisfied with it.

if u c my figure u'll say like am i doing sumthin wrong so i just want an average body and 4 dis im waking up at 6 doing meditation and few yogas. since i've been sufferin frm cough and cold and i usd 2 hav fever almost everyday 4 da last 1 month dis has really done sumthin 2 my body dat i need 2 think b4 openin my shirt in front of any1. i also dont understand why do i suffer frm fever almost twice evry yr.

first of all can i eat 2 eggs 5 days a week and milk with grams twice a week as my breakfast and then after 2 hrs chapatis with curry. i will go for my lunch at around 2. then bread with jam and honey in my evening breakfast and then my dinner followed by milk at 9.30 pm ok . i also want to knw where can i get muscle drink i mean what are they called by ? wat is creatine where can i get them ? and containers of weight gainer ? i havent heard of all these here?

if more trees grew because of its annual growth and each large plant ate 1 pound of airborn pollution while producing fresh oxygen who would lose the most money if the air was cleaner and more nature could grow legally?

My bf says I'm easily pleased, and that's one aspect he likes about me.
..but I'm not sure. Yes, I'm happy with lots of things, but that's because I love him, and everything we do together make me smile.
But maybe he's not seeing my gucci bags and expensive holiday plans...? I have lived a huge pampered life, and would expect the same with my future...although I can be happy with smallest event, like going to a zoo, or a reading books with good hot chocolate in my mug...

So me being shopaholich makes me "high maintenance"? Is my bf wrong thinking I'm low maintenance?
