I bought some really cool high heeled leopard print shoes for a formal party. what would look good with them and not make me look skanky. unstead stylish and nice

A leopard print top, black 3/4 jeans or denim mini skirt. Then a really nice headband preferbly pink in colour:) and then you're hair in ringlet curls.

A nice black r other formal coloured top, maybe a bright vibrant pink top, you're heels, a really nice headband to match you're top (same colour). Then black leggings,mini skirt. And you're shoes :)

How about a nice black (silk maybe) skirt, not short, may knee length? And a nice beige'ish colored blouse? I do know it's back in style now to have matching accessories. How about a leopard print clutch purse with it?

Leopard heels would surely go with skinny jeans and a red shirt. To mix and match different colors is great and very flashy.

Try finding a black wrap dress and red accessories. Or go for some black slacks and a sleek top or sweater (whichever color you prefer). That would look so great! And not skanky at all.

I think that you should wear a nice red dress...make sure that it is not too skimpy and make sure that it is fitted to your body shape. Also you could add a nice thick leopard print belt to the dress too.

Or, you could also go for a business type knee length skirt and a nice blouse.
