Buy some herbal based anti-spider spray and spray the baseboard of your room.

And...Daddy Long legs dont bite. At least they dont bite people.

Itis really complicated first, if you didn't kill the spider by rolling over it or what not then more than likely it has already left that area. Only way to find out is by sucking it up. There is no real way to overcome certain phobia's. Personally I would say that it's all in your head. The fact is that the spider will basically be just as nice to you as you are to it. Just try find him and dont be afraid if you do.

I know how you feel. I've done the same thing. I'm sure that thing is gone by now. It's that time of year. I hate spider's too, but seriously, think about it. We are 100's of times bigger than they are. That's how I try to get passed it. It works. It's just a bug like any other. Think of a bug that you aren't afraid of and put them spider's in the same catagory.

Girl. The worst fear to have is to know you have a spider in your room but don't know where it went. I would say find the spider and get rid of it. Daddy long legs are scary lookin but they don't harm you.

The most helpful thing I have found to conquer the fear of spiders is thinking about what they would say if they could talk and how they would laugh at how extreme my overreaction to them is. I picture them talking to each other, saying "watch what she does, I'm just gonna move a little to the right!" and cracking themselves up. I mean, to them, we are giants and they don't really want any more to do with us then we want to do with them.
