hey guys im really thankful 2 all of u 4 ur response dat i rec'vd frm u guys but im not really satisfied with it.

if u c my figure u'll say like am i doing sumthin wrong so i just want an average body and 4 dis im waking up at 6 doing meditation and few yogas. since i've been sufferin frm cough and cold and i usd 2 hav fever almost everyday 4 da last 1 month dis has really done sumthin 2 my body dat i need 2 think b4 openin my shirt in front of any1. i also dont understand why do i suffer frm fever almost twice evry yr.

first of all can i eat 2 eggs 5 days a week and milk with grams twice a week as my breakfast and then after 2 hrs chapatis with curry. i will go for my lunch at around 2. then bread with jam and honey in my evening breakfast and then my dinner followed by milk at 9.30 pm ok . i also want to knw where can i get muscle drink i mean what are they called by ? wat is creatine where can i get them ? and containers of weight gainer ? i havent heard of all these here?

i dont understand why u guys write abt my grammer mistakes im not in a english class that i need to see my grammars plz try to read my question and understand it its all abt me trying to knw frm u guys abt how to gain fat and muscles.

I'm guessing English isn't your native language? Your writing is a little hard to understand, but thanks for trying.

What are you asking? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to build muscle?

To lose weight skip anything that's sweet or has easy carbs for now. Don't eat jam, honey or bread.

Focus your food choices on protein (average portions) and salad type vegetables. No potatoes, rice, corn, pasta. No milk, it has 12 carbs per 8 oz glass.

Are you Indian? Are their dietary restrictions? If you don't eat chicken or beef, you can substitute with whey protein powder. Look for low carb brands. They sell it at GNC and Wal Mart.

If you want to gain weight, then continue with what you're eating and add slightly larger portions. Drink the whey protein shakes as snacks (2 per day).

There's no reason for why you developed hayfever. Some people do, some people don't. Your doctor can prescribe a daily medicine that will help a great deal like Claritin.
