What is the diffrence between FAT32 File system & NTFS File system?

I am a student of Hardware learning course. I am learning windows base operating system. I can install windows 98/xp. The xp dont give security in fat32 file system but there is full security in ntfs.
What are the other diffrences?

Fat 32 dose not recognise files larger than 4 gig so is mainly redundant in this day and age

there is the diffrence in the formating tricks u came to know when u study through book.
