no, and it won't clear acne, and cannot be used as a good source of protein.
Any man that tells you this is just trying to live out a fantasy of a "semen"-shot. I had a guy tell me this, and semen's only purpose is to reproduce and make it easy for insertion(however, a condom is ALWAYS recommended.)

Why would you ever want to but that anywhere on your body. It is stinky and when it dries it looks gross. I dont think that would be good for your skin.
