There is a dude that wants to go out with my mom. He is a really nice dude. Really cool he takes me and my little brother along with my mom to the movies every Friday. But my sister is jealous because he tells my mom is you get married to me I'll buy you a house, treat you like a queen and you'll have everything with me. So my mom told my sister and everytime he comes over and she's there she just stares at him deep. Not only that but my sister is already married. My mom met this guy thru my sister and her husband. Not the sister I'm talking about. But the other day he was at my sisters house the one who introduced my mom to him and my other sister happened to be there. Well she told my mom that that dude just kept staring at here. He told my mom that he was outside with my sister husband drinking and she just came over there all tyring to be all on him. Our unemployment rate is lower than its ever been, dow is as high as its ever been, gas prices are at an affordable $2.08, America hasnt been attacked since 9/11, tax cuts put more money in our pockets. Our economy is booming right now, and idiots of America have voted in a democratic house and senate that has campaigned with no plan to do anything but destroy the good path America is going in. I am in shock at this horrible election result...Liberalism didnt win this election and will never win an election. Republicanism lost it because people are so naive on the war on terror. This world was going in the right direction until this election result happened. Al queda is probably rejoicing with this election...

I work as a supervisor in charge of a small team. A new girl recently joined the team who is not pulling her weight at all. She is very slow in everything she does & if i tell her to go quicker she answers me back. She is very rude & has an excuse for everything. My manager is aware that she is completely useless & has witnessed it herself although wont get rid of her as we are desperate for staff.
I have tried the soft approach and run through everything in really simple terms but she claims to forget everything i tell her so I have to go over the same things day after day.
Its really frustrating. I have tried the harder approach and told her she needs to proove herself in order to keep the job although nothing seems to work. If I speak to her about her performance she ends up in tears. Im at the end of my tether & she is increasing my workload.
In all my years as a supervisor I have never met anyone so lazy, rude & akward! really not sure what to try next. Any ideas???????

Ok i had miscounted my sat scores and i thought it was a 1470,but it was a 990, is that good? On a 4.0 GPA? What did you make on your sats not adding writing. DId you study and did you take the act? Im feeling really low and stupid right now.

and if so, how do you treat the irritation. The Opthomologist said tear replacement drops would help (NO visine or "red out" drops) but both my eyes still hurt. They feel tired and dry. Any other suggestions?
