If it is a really good job, and you want it bad enough, figure on giving up pot for every. Most company's don't do hair test, because it very expensive. You would fail a urine test at three weeks out also. The best thing to do is to be very HONEST and tell who every is giving you the test that you have smoked pot in the last few weeks. A hair test consist of a verity of testing for any drugs you have used in the last seven years or better, plus it can surmise how much alcohol you consume on a regular basic. Hopefully pot isn't your only problem. Stay clean sober and really good jobs will come your way. Their are some wonderful jobs out there, but people who use drugs aren't going to be working in those fields. Oh and if you shave your head, they will pull a hair from another part of your body...och. Good Luck.

First I must say to those that say you're not getting a hair test unless you're in the millitary---I was employed at BlockBuster Video and they did a hair test! So it can happen! *Drug free so ofcourse I passed. All you can do is hope that they don't test your hair! There's no way to get it out of there!

Umm yeah, I hate to break to you but unless your working in the army (even they rarely do this) then your NOT GETTING A HAIR TEST. I don't why people insist on lying. You know damn well your not getting any hair sample drug test. What would the point be. They only do this so they can see every drug you have ever done...and like I said. They don't do it for regular jobs, otherwise, no one would be eployed. Stop lying man...

From what i understand they can trace back years from a hair test. If its for a job, i suggest, apply somewhere else. SORRY

It will show up in any hair on your body that they sample.
