* The name of Bedford Falls was combined from Bedford Hills, in Westchester County, New York, and Seneca Falls, a small town midway between Rochester and Syracuse.
* The scene on the bridge where Clarence saves George was filmed on a backlot on a day where the temperature was 90 degrees Fahrenheit. This is why Jimmy Stewart is visibly sweating in a few scenes.

A Wonderful Life. A classic movie made by Frank Capra.
Leading man ,James Stewart.
Leading lady, Donna Reed.
A must to watch,not only at Christmas but whenever you wish. It is one of my best ever to watch,must have seen it about a dozen times now.
I am sure when you watch it you will be so thrilled at it's content.
Do get it early for Christmas because it's hire out from the video shop is always in demand. Enjoy,and you will definitely shed a tear during and at the end of this great movie.
