I have a 6year old brother who screems his head off in the mornings when getting ready for school, it drives me mad, i even try bribe him with chocolate but i carn't keep doing that! ( mum would go mad ) so any ideas??

My wife does not make alot of money but refuses to give me joint custody due to my past drug and drinking problems....She says if I give her sole custody she will work with me on visits, and involve me everyway she can but wants sole custody becasue she feels I am controling, and also she is afraid I will continue drinking and doing drugs (although I have been sober for 3 months). Our son is 2 months old and I want joint custody, will the court give that to me if she can not pay to fight me for it? How can she win in court if I have the money? I should not have to prove sobriety to her, or work with her, he is my son and I think it is unfair she only will give me supervised visits. Help me

I was seeing this guy for about a week and we got along great. We got really close...had some pretty deep conversations. He kept telling me how I was what he'd been looking for for so long, etc. But, basically, he's got commitment issues and is afraid of getting too close to someone. So he pulled back. He says he wants to be really good friends, because he still needs me in his life, but doesn't want a relationship right now. It's breaking my heart because I care alot about him but don't feel like I can do much in the situation. So we're trying the friend thing. But he's still pulled back from me. I think he's afraid of what he felt for me. So I'm trying to give him space. How long should I wait? I'm going out of town tomorrow for about 5 days...should I just not say anything to him until I get back? What do guys really want in this situation? ANd don't say sex...that's not what this is about at all. Thanks.

I know how to burn CD's but I just don't have a clue how to Burn DVD's. I downloaded a few movies off of LimeWire and they are all MPG. And I have a blank DVDr disc's. I heard that DVDr's don't play in most DVD players...so is that why it is so difficult to do so?? I need some help in this subject..please?
